Winter in Wasdale

A frozen stream on the bank of Wastwater caught my eye as it formed a leading line to the trio of Yewbarrow, Great Gable and Lingmoor Fell at the head of the lake. Using a wide angle lens at 21mm and a small aperture, I positioned the camera close to the ground to make the most of the patterns and texture in the ice.
